BARS & RESTAURANTS

I love the challenge of shooting a bar or restaurant – it requires slowing down and paying close attention to both detail and overall form.
I shoot all over London and will spend around 1 hour on each photo, making sure everything is neat and tidy before pressing the shutter.
The post processing is an art form in itself – combining several exposures into one final image that blends the natural light with gentle use of flash to ensure nothing is lost in a dark corner.
